Today Beauty had a lie in until 7:30 am! We seem to be having cycles of OK day and then early wake-up days. I hope that we at least get a few days of lie-ins.
Hurray! I'm hoping for another good night of sleep for you both tonight! By the way, on the mornings she wakes up so early, does Beauty then take a nap later in the day, or will she go back to sleep a few hours later?
She usually naps for about an hour in school which seems to sort her sleep out and get her back on track for an OK night.But a nap on her part is purely voluntary as any attempts to make her nap are met with great resistance.
